Registration and Abstract submission
Registration is open.  Registration is mandatory and performed on a first-come first-serve basis.  A maximum of 100 people are allowed to register.  Registration is only valid after payment is completed and confirmation is received.

Students from a Flemish university can attend free of charge, however they are also obligated to register. Please note that we have a no-show fee, so only register if you will attend.

All participants are invited to submit abstracts for poster presentation and/or for selection for short talks, after selection by the scientific committee. Deadline for abstract submission is March 27th, 2026
