Prof. Marina Zapater Sancho (ReDS Institute – Institut Reconfigurable & Embedded Digital Systems, Haute école d’Ingénierie et de Gestion du Canton de Vaud, Switzerland) will give a lecture on “HW/SW Co-design Techniques for Architectural Exploration of Heterogeneous 2.5D/3D Chiplets”.
