Polarisation, Populism and Post-Truth – Common Study Sessions in Critical Criminology
Academics, master’s students, IMARC students & PhD candidates. Students and staff members from
universities (16) in New York, Vilnius, Oslo, Copenhagen, Utrecht, Rotterdam, Porto, Komotini (Greece), Athens, Middlesex,
Canterbury, Budapest, Hamburg, Brussels, Malaga, Bologna will attend. Everyone in this group comes from a criminology,
law, political and social sciences background. The aim is to bring together both beginning and senior researchers to engage
and exchange about projects in critical criminology over country and university boundaries. .
Since the aim is to bring together students, junior and senior researchers, this conference can be attended free of charge
for all attendees. Students and staff from the department are welcome to attend, although a certificate of attendance is
only granted to attendees that subscribed for the conference and attended the full event .
