Heartfulness: introductory meditation workshop for stress management and wellbeing

It is a fact that most of us go through stressful times during studies, work and even in family environments. If stress not tackled well, will lead to various mental disorders such as anxiety and depression, not to mention of various other health problems for which stress is one of the root causes. How do we tackle it? This training helps to learn 3 techniques viz. heartfulness relaxation, meditation and rejuvenation, that help one to successfully combat stress.
We divide the training into two parts: the first part (3 sessions) will focus on learning the techniques (necessary theory and practice) and the 2nd part focuses (3 sessions) on understanding more about stress, how to recognize it and make use of meditation techniques to tackle it. We cover the heartfulness relaxation and meditation techniques on the first two days, rejuvenation will be taught on the 3rd day, 4th and 5th days will be dedicated to the discussion on stress-management and wellbeing, and the last day summarizes the whole program while high-lighting the takeaways. We emphasize very much on experience and hence about 50% of time in each session will be dedicated to the practice of meditation and allied techniques.
