Prof. Detlev Grützmacher (Forschungszentrum Jühlich – Semiconductor Nanoelectronics (PGI-9), Germany) will give a lecture on “SiGeSn: a versatile material for optoelectronics, electronics and thermoelectrics based on Silicon”.

Following the lecture, there will be opportunity for young researchers to interact with him.
