Meet the Jury Yuki Asano on Self-supervised Learning and Post-Pretraining in Computer Vision

Arenberg Doctoral School is proud to invite you to Meet The Jury!

When internationally renowned experts visit KU Leuven as a member of a PhD Examination Committee, we like to seize this opportunity to give this expert a forum to a large audience. All members of Science, Engineering & Technology are most welcome to the Meet The Jury Lectures.

Talk-1: Dr. Pascal Mettes (University of Amsterdam, Netherlands) will give a lecture on “Deep Learning in Hyperbolic Space”.
Talk-2: Prof. Yuki Asano (University of Technology Nuremberg, Germany) will give a lecture on “Self-supervised Learning and Post-Pretraining in Computer Vision”.

– Each talk: 40 minutes, followed by a 10-minute Q&A
– 10-minute break between the talks

Following the lecture, there will be opportunity for young researchers to interact with them.
